Who is Baby Yoda?

Baby Yoda is a name used to describe Grogu – a character introduced in the first episode of The Mandalorian. At the beginning of the series, Grogu was only known as ‘The Child’, so fans used the name ‘Baby Yoda’ to describe the character. However, Baby Yoda is not Yoda.

Why is Grogu popular with fans?

Due to the initial mystery surrounding the character, as well as his adorable appearance, fans instantly fell in love with Grogu and began posting about the character online.
