In 1974, Patrick Stewart made his film debut in the television movie, Anthony and Cleopatra. From here he followed up his film acting work with appearances in movies such as The Gathering Storm, Hennessy, and Hedda.
Over the years, Stewart continued to star in films such as Conspiracy Theory, Lionheart, and Dune. He also took on the role of Jean-Luc Picard in a series of Star Trek movies, and played Charles Xavier in the X-Men movie franchise.
