After impressing audiences during the first season of X-Men ‘97, with their ability to mimic the appearance of various iconic characters from the Marvel Universe (Blob, Spiral, Hulk, etc) shape-shifting mutant, Morph continued to transform into more Marvel characters in Season Two. Sure, they may not have appeared in every episode of the second season of X-Men ’97, but when Morph did pop up they certainly made their on-screen time known, and all the shape-shifting certainly caught the eye.

During the second season of X-Men ‘97, Morph transformed their appearance multiple times. Below is a list of all of Morph’s different transformations, including the episodes they appeared in.

Of all the transformations, the best showcase of Morph’s talents arguably came in ‘Weapon X, Lies, and DVDs’, where Morph shape-shifted into ten different Marvel characters. And of course, one of these was ‘90s Spider-Man, which certainly helped scratch an itch for fans of the classic Spidey cartoon.
It was also great to see Morph transform into The Thing and Thor. And who could forget the quick appearance of Deadpool – a popular Marvel character who (so far) hasn’t featured in X-Men ‘97, and who wasn’t a major part of X-Men: The Animated Series.
