The Gamera movies in order

In 1965, Japanese Kaiju film, Gamera, the Giant Monster stomped into cinemas. The monster movie followed the story of a giant prehistoric turtle, which is unleashed in the Arctic by an atomic bomb.

Due to the popularity of Gamera, the Giant Monster, further Gamara movies soon followed. Over a short period of time, the series built up a high number of new entries, creating a sizeable collection of Gamara movies in the process.
