Craving a burst of ’90s nostalgia? Well, how about a bit of ’90s X-Men?
In 2018, Kotobukiya began releasing a stunning line of Marvel X-Men statue-like figures. Based on the fan-favourite cartoon, X-Men: The Animated Series, these figures were truly mesmerising to look at.

The X-Men ARTFX+ line initially included The Beast, Cyclops, Jubilee, Wolverine and Professor Xavier before it expanded further.
Pretty awesome, right?
Not only did the figures look screen-accurate, they also came boxed up in packaging inspired by the ToyBiz X-Men figures of the 1990s!
Speaking about these figures back in 2018, via the Kotobukiya Facebook page, the company said:
“The classic X-Men series has garnered a lot of attention recently due to success Fox’s television series The Gifted and the upcoming New Mutants film. Now, Kotobukiya presents a line of highly collectable ARTFX+ figures inspired by the golden age of the X-Men series!

“These retro-style figures feature characters from the 90s X-Men Blue and Gold Teams.”
As a big fan of the X-Men, especially the cartoon series, I must say the design work is spot-on!
Oh, and I hope this blast from the past has satisfied your craving for ‘90s nostalgia.
