In 2009, US musical sitcom, Big Time Rush hit television screens. The show – created by Scott Fellows – centred its story around a fictionalised version of the real-life band, Big Time Rush.
The series focused on four hockey players who make it big when they are selected to form a boy band. From here they have various adventures, and hilarity and hijinks ensue.
When the first season of the show debuted it was a hit with viewers. As such, further seasons followed, as well as a television movie.

Exploring Big Time Rush
As noted above, the first season of Big Time Rush made its debut in 2009. After becoming a ratings winner a second season followed in 2010.
At this point, the show was popular enough to spawn a movie. The film – appropriately titled Big Time Movie – arrived in 2012 and provided a feature-length story for the band.
Following the release of the movie, Big Time Rush returned to screens for a third season. In 2013, a fourth season debuted, bringing the show to an end.
