In 2004, US teen sitcom Drake & Josh made its debut. The television show – which starred Drake Bell and Josh Peck – followed the story of two teenage stepbrothers who learn to live with each other despite their different personalities.

During the course of the show they find common ground, but often get caught up in madcap situations. Craziness and hilarity soon follow.

Upon hitting screens, Drake & Josh proved popular with audiences and became a ratings winner. As such, the show ran for multiple seasons and produced a couple of TV movies.

Exploring Drake & Josh

As noted above, the first season of Drake & Josh arrived on television in 2004. Produced by Nickelodeon, the season was an instant hit with viewers and was quickly commissioned for a second season, which aired later the same year.

In 2005, a third season followed. It was accompanied in 2006 by the feature-length TV movie, Drake & Josh Go Hollywood.

A fourth and final season of Drake & Josh hit screens in 2006, before the series concluded in 2007. Although this appeared to be the end of show’s run, the series actually ended in 2008 with the TV movie, Merry Christmas, Drake & Josh.
