I enjoy a spot of retro gaming. I don’t mind admitting this to you.
I also don’t mind admitting that from time-to-time I take pictures of some of the retro gaming that I do. Whether this is a snapshot of a game I am playing at home, or a few pics captured at a gaming convention, there’s (usually) room in my phone for a few snaps.
Today, I thought it would be a good idea to share some of these random images with you. I have recently been clearing some space on my iPhone, removing images in the process, and this has left me with a collection of retro gaming imagery.
It’s time to share.
Game on: Random retro gaming images from my iPhone
Including the two images above, this post includes 47 retro gaming shots. Some of these images were taken at arcades, some at games fairs/conventions, some at home, and one or two are from pubs/bars that have dedicated areas for old school gaming. You will also see a couple of mosaics (Mario and a Nintendo mushroom) which appear on buildings in Manchester City Centre (my home town).
I hope you enjoy the images in this post. My intention is to share the retro gaming love with likeminded people who get a buzz from looking at games. Be it arcade cabinets, pinball machines, or consoles, there is room for all!

I hope you have found this post fun. Just looking back over these images has reminded me of some of the awesome times I have had with the likes of Sonic the Hedgehog, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Ryu and many more.
Games have a way of transporting us to an imaginative realm, where anything is possible. No matter how old the games are (or how old we get), there is still hours of endless fun to be had through button bashing!
