The release of The New Mutants has been pushed back AGAIN.

The movie – a spin-off from the X-Men film series – was filmed in 2017 and was originally set for release in April 2018. However, early test screenings of the film were less than positive, so the movie’s release was pushed back to February 2019 to allow for re-shoots to take place.

Those reshoots didn’t happen and The New Mutants was pushed back to August 2019 to give it more time to be worked on. Thing is, that extra time made no difference as the reshoots still didn’t take place.

So, what’s the latest news?

The latest news is that X-fans now won’t see the movie until April 2020! And that is if the movie doesn’t get pushed back again.

Either way, The New Mutants is currently part of Disney’s newly revealed release schedule and will arrive in April 2020 – three years after it was filmed.

While we wait for the movie’s (possible) release, here’s the trailer again.
