Mission: Impossible – Fallout has crossed the $700 million mark at the worldwide box office.
The film – the sixth entry in the Tom Cruise-starring M:I series – has raked in $726,616,767 at the worldwide box office since its release in July. This figure breaks down as follows:
Domestic – $212,116,767
International – $514,500,000
Mission: Impossible – Fallout is now the highest grossing entry in the Mission: Impossible franchise, overtaking the previous No.1, 2011’s Ghost Protocol. Domestically, it is the second highest grossing M:I movie after Mission: Impossible 2 (2000), although Fallout is set to overtake this entry in a matter of days.
In my opinion, Mission: Impossible – Fallout is one of the best action movies of the year. If you’ve not seen it yet and you’re looking for something to watch this week, this is certainly one to watch.
