With all of the great shows currently available on Netflix and Amazon, it’s often very difficult to decide what to watch every evening. Only last night I found myself in the same predicament whilst trying to decide what to watch, so I did what any other average person would do – I scrolled through both streaming services for an hour before turning off the TV to do something else.

However, for those who do know what they want to watch there is one go-to show that is currently very popular. Can you guess what it is?

In a survey conducted by Ofcom (via the BBC),  2,500 viewers were asked what show they streamed the most. And the most popular steaming show in the UK is…

Yep, it’s Friends!

The show, which made it’s debut in 1994, remains a firm favourite 24 years on and thanks to Netflix all ten seasons are available at the touch of a button.

And for those interested, here’s the top ten most popular streaming shows, according to Ofcom’s survey.
