Have you been missing Candace Cameron Bure since she left Hallmark? Then don’t worry, the actress is shortly set to headline a brand-new holiday movie, which is heading to Great American Family this month.
The movie – which is appropriately titled Candace Cameron Bure Presents: A Christmas… Present, stars Bure, alongside Marc Blucas, Caleb Reese Paul, and Claire Capek, and Jon W. Sparks. The film – which makes its debut over the Thanksgiving weekend – follows the story of a real estate agent who wants to make her brother’s Christmas extra special, and is sure to be a feel-good winter warmer.
The official blurb for Candace Cameron Bure Presents: A Christmas… Present (via Great American Family) reads as follows: “Real estate agent Maggie Larson and her family will be spending Christmas with her recently widowed brother, Paul, and his young daughter at their house. Maggie is determined to give her brother and niece the best Christmas possible and to lift their spirits when they most need it.
“Though Maggie’s plan is to aid her brother, his faith and parenting style ultimately helps her to understand issues within her own life and a need for closeness in her own family.”
Candace Cameron Bure Presents: A Christmas… Present is directed by Lesley Demetriades, from a script written by Rick Garman. The movie is edited by Jeff Murphy, with casting by Ricki Maslar.
