In 2013, Lori Loughlin took on the role of Jennifer Shannon for the movie, Garage Sale Mystery. The film – a loose adaptation of Suzi Weinert’s novel, Garage Sale Stalker – saw Loughlin play the owner of an antiques store who also solves murders.

Garage Sale Mystery proved popular with audiences and this led to the development and release of further films in the series. Over the next few years the Garage Sale Mystery movies developed quite the following, with Loughlin appearing in every movie, alongside a cast which included Steve Bacic, Sarah Strange, Eva Bourne, Connor Stanhope and Kevin O’Grady.

Garage Sale Mystery (2013)

As noted above, the first entry in the Garage Sale Mysteries movie series made its debut in 2013 with Garage Sale Mystery. In this entry, garage sale bargain hunter, Jennifer Shannon gets drawn into a perplexing mystery when a string of burglaries hits her town.

Teaming up with Detective Adam Iverson, Jennifer aims to help crack the case. But things worsen when she discovers the dead body of her friend. (120 mins)

All That Glitters (2014)

The second entry in the Garage Sale Mysteries movie series arrived in 2014 under the title, All That Glitters. In this film, when Jennifer’s friend turns up murdered, she is pulled into yet another case as a key eyewitness. (87 mins)

The Deadly Room (2015)

In movie No. 3, The Deadly Room, another murder takes place, which this time is connected to a multi-million dollar house and a supposed ‘deadly curse’. Jennifer teams up with Detective Iverson to get to the bottom of the case. (83 mins)
