A short while ago, I posted news that Lethal Weapon has been renewed for a third season; that Clayne Crawford’s departure from the show is official; and that a replacement actor has been found in the shape of Seann William Scott. Check out my earlier post for all the details.
Following the announcement that the series is to continue without Crawford, the actor has now broken his silence to thank his fans for all their support.
Taking to Instagram, Crawford posted an image of himself, with the following comment:
“CONGRATULATIONS on season 3! To the Fans – Thank you for the overwhelming support and love.
“Riggs was a dream role and the experience will live with me forever. My heart is full.
“Good Luck nxt season!!”
Meanwhile, the official Lethal Weapon Twitter account has welcomed the show’s new co-lead. In a tweet, @LethalWeaponFOX, said: “#LethalWeapon has been renewed for Season 3 and we’re SO EXCITED to welcome Seann William Scott to our Lethal family!”

I will miss Clayne Crawford so very much even though the whole cast are great I think Crawford and Wayne TV wife are the best part of the show and I hope one day I will find Crawford on a TV series and I will be right there watching him keep up the great job as you are Crawford I will miss you and I will always love you.
