Finding Father Christmas (2016)

As noted above, the first entry in Hallmark’s Father Christmas movie series made its debut in 2016 under the title Finding Father Christmas. The film followed the story of Miranda Chester – a young woman who finds the family-focused holiday a difficult time of the year, because it is a constant reminder of the family she never had.

When Miranda was a young girl, her mother died, never revealing the identity of Miranda’s father. However, three days before Christmas, Miranda receives a clue which could point toward her father’s whereabouts.

Heading off to New England, Miranda embarks on a journey of discovery. Along the way she also finds the possibility of love with a man named Ian McAndrick. (86 mins)

Engaging Father Christmas (2017)

In movie No. 2, Engaging Father Christmas, it’s Christmas once again and Miranda leaves her home to spend time with her long-lost family. However, Miranda is harbouring a secret which could be exposed. (85 mins)

Marrying Father Christmas (2018)

Picking up the story in movie No. 3, Marrying Father Christmas, Miranda is preparing to marry Ian. Surrounded by family on both sides, could she have finally found what she has been looking for all along? (87 mins)
