If you’re a fan of Hallmark’s Curious Caterer movies, then today you’re in luck, because Hallmark Mystery has announced a new instalment in the series. The new film will star Nikki DeLoach and Andrew Walker and is titled Curious Caterer: Foiled Plans.

The film follows fan-favourite sleuths, Goldy and Tom, as they find themselves on a new case involving a medieval ball fundraiser and a murder! The film will air later this month.

Describing the new movie, Hallmark said: “For Colorado caterer Goldy Berry (DeLoach), accepting a catering job at Hyde Castle is a dream come true. It’s not every day that she gets to cook authentic Medieval fare in a real castle.

“The royal icing on the plum cake is that it’s a themed fundraiser hosted by the Elk Park Fencing Club, which happens to be her daughter Olive’s latest obsession. The town favourites gather, only to have their Medieval collars ruffled when another murder takes place just as the feast is served!

“When the blade of a fencing sword skewers not the succulent roast but the rich owner of Hyde estate, the portcullis is slammed shut, sealing more than the exits of the castle. Together, Goldy and Tom (Walker) must figure out the truth before another Elk Park victim meets an ill-fated demise.”
