Today I have some very exciting news. Today I can finally tell you, I am officially an author!
Back during the early days of 2020, I decided I clearly wasn’t busy enough with It’s A Stampede!, I’ll Get Drive-Thru and Don’t Tell Harry, so I figured I might as well use the remaining few minutes of my day to write a book. And do you know what? I did! That book is now complete and is called Rewind to the ’90s.
Want to know more? Of course you do! Here’s the press release:
Ever wondered what Weekend at Bernie’s II, Stay Tuned, Body of Evidence, and Mandroid have in common? All of these films feature in Rewind to the ‘90s – a humorous and occasionally torturous journey through 100 movies from the 1990s.
Inspired by a long-running feature on the It’s A Stampede! blog (aka THIS VERY BLOG), Rewind to the ‘90s, presents thoughts, observations, and a running commentary on some of the best and worst movies of the 1990s.
This book reprints material originally featured on It’s A Stampede!, while serving up a wealth of new content, including anecdotes, reflections, general musings, and some bonus movies.
So, laugh, cry, and take an excursion through the highs and lows of cinema. Oh, and most important of all, please buy this book. The bills don’t pay for themselves.
Rewind to the ’90s is available for kindle, tablets and smartphones and can be purchased from Amazon UK, Amazon US and pretty much every Amazon worldwide! Oh, and if you’re a Kindle Unlimited subscriber you can even read it for free.
A physical copy will follow shortly.
So, what do you think?
This book has been in the back of my mind for a while. I am so pleased that I can finally share it with everyone.
