Well, wonder no more.
It’s official: Spider-Man: Far From Home is now the highest grossing Spider-Man movie. The film has flown past Spider-Man 3 to become the No.1 Spider-Man flick of all time.
Whoop!
That’s one milestone ticked off, but it’s not the only one. Far From Home is now just days away from crossing the $1 billion dollar mark – a feat it will achieve with ease.
Whoop whoop!
According to Box Office Mojo, the current box office total for Far From Home is $970,759,412. Once the film passes the $1 billion mark, it will become the third Marvel Studios movie of the year to surpass the milestone, following the financial successes of Captain Marvel and Avengers: Endgame.
And speaking of Endgame, as noted earlier today, Endgame is now the highest grossing movie ever! It has surpassed Avatar at the worldwide box office.
How long will it keep this title?
Erm… probably until the inevitable re-release of Avatar, which will happen in the not too distant future.
