Turns out, it’s Black Panther!
Marvel’s Black Panther has topped a list of the most Googled forms of entertainment in 2018.
Here is the list of the Top Ten most Googled entertainment subjects for 2018. This list comes via Digital Spy.

What you expected?
Personally, I expected Infinity War to be higher on the list, but I’m not surprised that Black Panther sits at the top spot. While the movie was a HUGE hit in 2018, the character was relatively unknown (bar an appearance in Captain America: Civil War (2016)), so I’m not surprised a lot of people Googled him.
