Ryan Reynolds has congratulated The Avengers – and therefore Marvel Studios – on their HUGE box office success with a special tweet.
The tweet said:
“From a guy who never knows when to quit, I’m glad you guys never did. Congrats #Avengers”
The tweet was accompanied by a picture of a rejection letter that Deadpool supposedly received from Tony Stark.
The letter, dated April 14th 2012, reads:
“Re: Joining the Avengers
No.
Absolutely not.
Go Bother Prof. X
No.
Sincerely,
Tony Stark”
Hopefully Deadpool – and by extension, Ryan Reynolds – didn’t take this rejection too badly.
Deadpool 2 arrives in cinemas in three weeks’ time.
