Alpha Males: Season Five

First up it’s the return of the Spanish comedy series, Alpha Males. The show is heading back to Netflix this month for a fifth season.
Describing what’s on the horizon, Netflix said: “After trying to reinvent masculinity and how they live together, the Alpha Males crash head-first into reality: divorces, custody battles, camper vans, mortgages, and the commune ‘Pacto Patriarchal, S.L.’ – a grand master plan to be happy hanging out with the guys.
“While Santi doubles down on being single, Pedro dives into a new relationship, Luis goes through the torture of a divorce, and Raúl gets lost in a spiral of deconstruction.
“On the other side of the mess, Luz, Daniela, and Esther get the full experience: disastrous dates, foot-only OnlyFans, and to top it all off, a femininity retreat.”

This is a Gardening Show

Next up is a new show heading to Netflix – the lighthearted gardening series, This is a Gardening Show. Fronted by comedian Zach Galifianakis, the show is “about the joy of connecting with the earth and people.”
Describing the series, Netflix said: “This is a Gardening Show is a refreshing and whimsical take on gardening, hosted by Zach Galifianakis. Rather than positioning himself as an expert, Galifianakis approaches the subject with curiosity and self-effacing humour, admitting that his goal is to learn alongside the audience.
“The series blends lighthearted comedy with a sincere appreciation for humans and nature.”

Man on Fire

Fancy a bit of action? Then maybe you’ll be interested in Man on Fire, which stars Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as a man on a mission.
Netflix said: “Haunted by his past and hunted by his enemies, a Special Forces veteran fights to keep a teenage girl alive on the deadly streets of Rio de Janeiro.”

The Chestnut Man: Hide and Seek

And finally, The Chestnut Man returns for a second offering, this time titled Hide and Seek. Based on Søren Sveistrup’s novel of the same name, this latest season focuses on a troubling case.
Teasing the new season, Netflix said: “After a woman goes missing, the Copenhagen police hunt a stalker who taunts victims with a chilling children’s rhyme.”
The Chestnut Man: Hide and Seek is available to stream on Netflix from May 7th.
