Something Very Bad is Going to Happen

First up this week it’s over to Netflix for the intriguingly titled, ominous horror series, Something Very Bad is Going to Happen. Created by Haley Z Boston, the series stars Camila Morrone, Adam DiMarco, Jennifer Jason Leigh, and Ted Levine, and focuses on a bride with more than a case of cold feet.
Teasing the new series, Netflix said: “A bride has a feeling that something horrifying will happen at her wedding – and the closer to the altar she gets, the worse it becomes.”

House of David: Season Two

Next up, it’s over to Prime Video for the return of historical drama series, House of David. The show is back for a second season, which receives its worldwide release this month (some US viewers got early access last year).
Season Two comprises eight episodes, and continues the story of David, aka the biblical figure who battled Goliath. Michael Iskander takes on the part of David, while other cast members include Ali Suliman, Indy Lewis, Oded Fehr, and Stephen Lang.

Jo Nesbo’s Detective Hole

Back to Netflix now for the Norwegian crime series, Jo Nesbo’s Detective Hole. Based on a series of books by Nesbo, the series revolves around the titular Hole, as played by Tobias Santelmann.
Describing the series, Netflix said: “When a series of ritualistic murders hits Oslo, a gifted detective must navigate a puzzle of patterns, corruption and his own demons to catch the killer.”

Homicide: New York: Season Two

And finally, keeping with Netflix for the return of another show, and this time it is Homicide: New York, which is back for a second season.
According to Netflix, “Detectives and prosecutors revisit their most challenging murder cases in this chilling true-crime documentary series from the creator of Law & Order.”
Homicide: New York: Season Two is available to stream on Netflix from March 25th.
