In 1967, Mel Brooks directed the hit comedy, The Producers. In addition to calling the shots on the film, he also provided an uncredited voice role in the movie.
A couple of years later, in 1969, Brooks took on the part of Mr. Forget It in the comedy, Putney Swope. This was followed by the role of Tikon in 1970’s The Twelve Chairs – another Brooks-directed picture.
