In 1961, actress Diane Ladd made her film debut with an uncredited role in the drama movie, Something Wild. From here, another uncredited role followed in 1962, with 40 Pounds of Trouble.

As time moved forward, Ladd began to get bigger screen roles, appearing in films such as The Devil’s DaughterChinatownAlice Doesn’t Live Here Anymore, and National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation. In fact, Ladd became one of the busiest actresses in the business, appearing in film after film, after film, alongside her television work.
