Hallmark has recently unveiled its latest collection of holiday movies as part of its Countdown to Christmas 2025 programming block. Amongst the films on offer this season is the intriguing drama, Christmas Above the Clouds.
Starring Erin Krakow and Tyler Hynes, the new movie will descend onto screens in November. Christmas Above the Clouds follows the story of a CEO who finds herself rediscovering the magic of the season, thanks to some spirited intervention.
The CEO in question is Ella Neezer, as played by Krakow. This year she attempts to skip the festivities, by jetting off to Australia, but she quickly discovers it’s not so easy to leave everything behind.
Describing the plot of the film, Hallmark said: “Haunted by her past, present and future, She’s forced to confront the choices that led to her success yet left her flying solo. With the help of three quirky spirits and a surprise reunion with her ex (Hynes), she might just rediscover the magic of Christmas – and the love she thought she’d lost.”
Sound like a heavenly movie? Then you may want to take a look at Christmas Above the Clouds when it makes its debut on Hallmark on Saturday November 8th at 8/7c.
As noted above, the film will screen as part of Hallmark’s Countdown to Christmas 2025 collection, which includes movies such as Merry Christmas, Ted Cooper!, Melt My Heart This Christmas, and An Alpine Holiday. There’s also a new entry in the Three Wise Men series, with the arrival of Three Wisest Men.
