Whose a good boy, then? Well, the answer to that question is Indy, the star of new horror movie, Good Boy. Indy leads the film, which debuts in October, and if you haven’t already guessed, Indy is a dog.
In the new movie, Indy plays a loyal dog who moves with his owner Todd to a rural home. However, it soon becomes apparent that supernatural forces lurk in the shadows, with their attention directed at Todd.
As these dark forces draw closer and threaten his safety, it’s up to the brave mutt to put up a fight. He will do what he can to protect the one he loves, because that’s exactly what a good boy does!
Now, as noted above, Indy plays the dog at the centre of this story, and for those wondering who he belongs to, wonder no longer. Indy is owned by Good Boy director, co-writer, and co-producer Ben Leonberg, who cast his own pooch in this film, because he was clearly the best dog for the job.
Indy stars alongside a cast which includes Larry Fessenden, Arielle Friedman, Shane Jensen, Anya Krawcheck, and Stuart Rudin. The dog is the star of the picture, and the events of the film are told from his perspective.

Early indications suggest Indy and director Ben Leonberg have it in the bag. In fact, since debuting at SXSW back in March, there has been a great deal of positive buzz surrounding Good Boy (as well as surrounding Indy), suggesting this film is one to watch this Halloween.
Should you wish to check it out, Good Boy will make its debut on October 3rd. The film is distributed by Independent Film Company (IFC) and Shudder, and promises to offer plenty of four-legged frights.
