In 2001, actor Patrick Wilson made his movie debut with a small role in the film, My Sister’s Wedding. A short while later he appeared in The Alamo, before taking the more prominent role of Raoul in Joel Schumacher’s The Phantom of the Opera.

And then came another big movie. In 2013, Wilson starred alongside Vera Farmiga in The Conjuring, which not only became a huge hit, but also spawned an entire cinematic universe.
