In the UK, Yungblud: Are You Ready, Boy? has been awarded a ’15’ certificate by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC). The movie has received this rating due to “strong language (and) sex references”.

According to the BBFC, when it comes to the sex references, “there is a brief sight of a strong written reference to oral sex. There are milder references to sexual relationships in dialogue and in song lyrics.”

Meanwhile, when it comes to language, there is a frequent use of the ‘F’ word, along with some milder swear words.

In the UK, ’15’ certificate movies are deemed suitable for audiences aged 15 or over only. No one below the age of 15 is permitted to watch a ’15’ certificate film in the cinema.

Based on this certificate, the BBFC believe Yungblud: Are You Ready, Boy? is suitable for some teenagers (those aged 15+) but not suitable for all teenagers (those aged below 15). Use this information as you see fit.
