In 2014, Warner Bros. Animation and WWE Studios teamed up to co-produce an animated direct-to-video movie featuring classic Hanna-Barbera characters and iconic WWE wrestlers. The film was Scooby-Doo! WrestleMania Mystery (2014) – a cartoon comedy, with Scoob and the gang investigating a mystery at WrestleMania.

Scooby-Doo! WrestleMania Mystery (2014)

First up is the 2014 movie, Scooby-Doo! WrestleMania Mystery. In this film, when Scooby and Shaggy win WWE tickets, Mystery Inc. sets off on an exciting journey.

However, they are soon attacked by a huge monster. Could this be the beginning of a new case? (84 mins)

The Flintstones & WWE: Stone Age SmackDown! (2015)

Next up, in the Hanna-Barbera/WWE collection is 2015’s The Flintstones & WWE: Stone Age SmackDown!. In this animated offering, Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble meet a collection of famous wrestlers, including John Cenastone. (51 mins)

Scooby-Doo! and WWE: Curse of the Speed Demon (2016)

Back to Scooby-Doo and Mystery Inc. for this next movie, 2016’s Scooby-Doo! and WWE: Curse of the Speed Demon. In this film, Scoob and Co. team up with the WWE wrestlers for an all-important car race.

However, the team have their work cut out for them. A mysterious racer seems to be quite keen on throwing a spanner in the works. (80 mins)

The Jetsons & WWE: Robo-WrestleMania! (2017)

And finally, in The Jetsons & WWE: Robo-WrestleMania!, the futuristic Jetsons take front-and-centre when Big Show is frozen solid (in a snowstorm) then defrosts in the future. George Jetson and his son, Elroy help the thawed-out Big Show to make some wrestler-bots but chaos follows.

When Big Show uses the bots to take over the city, the Jetsons are forced to go back in time in search of help. They find it in the form of the WWE Superstars. (81 mins)
