Good news, Hallmark fans, Hallmark favourites Lacey Chabert and Brennan Elliott are set to reunite for a new movie, titled His & Hers. The film – which will air in September as part of Hallmark Channel’s Fall into Love season – will see the stars play married lawyers, who find themselves on opposing sides of the same case.
Describing the new movie, Hallmark, said: “Married couple Dana (Chabert) and Mark Chernich (Elliott) are both top-tier lawyers at competing New York City law firms. Their professional worlds collide, however, when they’re assigned as opposing counsel in a high-profile divorce case involving a famous reality TV couple.
“As they navigate the legal battles in court, their personal lives feel the strain. With their marriage on the line, Dana and Mark must rely on their wits, humor, and love for each other to make it through the case unscathed.
“Along the way, they rediscover the strength of their bond and gain a fresh perspective on both their careers and relationship.”
His & Hers is a Hallmark Media production, with Kristofer McNeeley as executive producer and Charles Cooper as producer. Robert Murdoch is on board as line producer.
The film is directed by Linda-Lisa Hayter. The script is from Susan Black and Joie Botkin.
