Exciting news: Hallmark has announced the imminent arrival of a new, canine-focused movie, titled Everything Puppies. The film – which stars Pascal Lamothe-Kipnes and Kathryn Davis – follows the story of an entrepreneur hoping to hit the big time with her new range of dog toys and treats.
Describing the new movie, Hallmark, said: “Scarlett (Lamothe-Kipnes) is a hardworking entrepreneur and inventor looking to make it big with innovative dog toys and treats. Her latest puppy treat recipe is already all the rage with the dogs on her block, she just needs a distributor to bring her product to the masses.
“But she can’t land it on the shelves of any local grocers until she meets Alex (Huszar), who runs Happy Harvest and is so impressed by her product that he puts in an order and quickly sells out. As he and Scarlett work together to keep the supply of puppy treats coming, a competitor gets a whiff of her product and does everything he can to shut her down.”
Directed by Marni Banack from a script by Keith Hemstreet, Everything Puppies is a Johnson Production Group, with Josie Fitzgerald as producer. Meanwhile, Andrew C. Erin, Oliver De Caigny and Timothy O. Johnson are on board as executive producers, and Joseph Wilka and Lisa Alford are co-executive producers.
Should you wish to watch Everything Puppies, the new movie will premiere on Hallmark Channel on Saturday May 18th at 8pm ET/PT. The movie is part of Hallmark’s ‘Countdown to Summer’ programming block, which also includes forthcoming film, A Whitewater Romance.
