With Easter just around the corner, Hallmark is ready to offer up some movie magic to accompany all those chocolate eggs. That bit of magic comes courtesy of a new film titled An Easter Bloom.

An Easter Bloom stars Aimée Teegarden and Benjamin Hollingsworth and makes its debut this month. The film will air exclusively on the Hallmark Channel, as part of the network’s annual ‘Spring into Love’ programming event, and focuses on Amanda – a young woman who has her faith restored during the Easter season with the help from the local pastor.

Describing the new movie, Hallmark said: “To save her family flower farm, a young gardener Amanda (Teagarden) teams up with a veteran florist to compete in an annual Easter flower arrangement competition. In the process, she meets the florist’s son Derrick (Hollingsworth), a minister at the local church, who helps renew her beliefs and find comfort in her faith during the Easter season, while Amanda helps him find the most authentic version of himself.”

An Easter Bloom is directed by Anthony Metchie, working from a script by Michael Grimm. The movie is a Hallmark Media production, with Ben C. Silverman, Alexandre Coscas, Michael R.
Goldstein and D’Angela Proctor on board as executive producers, and John Prince as producer.

Should you want to check out An Easter Bloom, the new film arrives on Hallmark Channel on Saturday March 30th. The film will air at 8pm ET/PT.
