In 2003, Zac Efron appeared in the drama movie, Melinda’s World. The following year the young actor appeared in the television film, The Unexpected Journey, before taking a role in 2005’s The Derby Stallion.

None of these movies did much for Efron’s career. They provided him with some early roles, but little beyond this, and they certainly didn’t elevate his on-screen status.

However, in 2006, Efron co-starred in the Disney Channel television movie, High School Musical, and this changed everything. Taking the role of Troy Bolton in the teen film, Efron was suddenly brought to a whole new audience and this in turn raised his star status and effectively launched his career.

From here, a collection of High School Musical sequels followed, as well as roles in films such as Hairspray, 17 Again, and The Death and Life of Charlie St. Cloud. Efron also appeared in a movie adaptation of hit ’90s show, Baywatch, took on a key role in The Greatest Showman, and became a household name.

But if you’re new to the movies of Zac Efron, you may be wondering what all of his films are. Well, wonder no longer, because below you will find a list of all of his movies presented in chronological order.
