As the fall/autumn season rolls on, so too does Hallmark’s ‘Fall into Love‘ programming event, which is shortly set to land on new movie, Field Day. The film starts Rachel Boston, Benjamin Ayres, Shannon Chan-Kent, and Carmel Amit, and tells the story of three moms who are planning a school event.
According to Hallmark, Jen (Boston), Marissa (Amit) and Kelly (Chan-Kent) are moms from different backgrounds who are thrown together to plan the annual Field Day at their kids’ school. Along the way, they navigate a myriad of obstacles, including an unsupportive head of the PTO.
“New to town and still trying to move on following the loss of her husband, Jen is thankful to have the encouragement of Dan (Ayres), the school’s P.E. teacher who is becoming a good friend…or could this be the start of something more? As the planning continues, Jen, Marissa and Kelly bond as friends who will stop at nothing to make sure their kids are happy, with each of them finding their own path as their friendship grows stronger.”
Field Day is an all-new original movie, directed by David Winning. The film is based on a script by Julie Sherman Wolfe.
Field Day is a Hallmark Media production, with Anne Carlucci as executive producer. Kevin Leslie, Jamie Goehring, and Shawn Williamson are producers, while Jonathan Shore serves as supervising producer.
Should you wish to watch the new movie, Field Day will make its debut on October 14th via the Hallmark Channel. The film will air at 8pm ET/PT.
