Although the end of the year is quite some way off yet, Hallmark has already announced its festive film line-up for the forthcoming holiday season. In total, 42 new holiday movies will be making their debut on Hallmark over the Christmas season, and one of these movies is Time for Her to Come Home for Christmas.
The film – which will air on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries – stars Shenae Grimes-Beech, Chris Carmack, and Grace Leer. Time for Her to Come Home for Christmas follows the story of Grace – a woman who travels to a small town to lead a Christmas Choir, but finds she is in for a life-changing experience, and maybe a touch of romance.
Describing the movie, Hallmark said: “Facing her first Christmas without her mother and looking to avoid loneliness, Carly (Grimes-Beech) heads to a quaint town to lead the church choir at Christmas. Once there, Carly meets Matthew (Carmack), a man back in town after serving in the army.
“As she gets to know Matthew, the choir and townspeople, she stumbles across clues that suggest she may have been brought here for a life changing reason.
“As the mystery unravels one thing is clear, this journey will teach Carly about true love, learning to trust, and that forgiveness is needed to finally heal.”
Should you wish to check out Time for Her to Come Home for Christmas, the new movie will premiere in the US on Thursday November 30th at 8/7c. The film will be screened as part of Hallmark Movies & Mysteries’ ‘Miracles of Christmas 2023‘ programming event.
