If you’re a fan of mystery movies, then you may be interested to know that Great American Family is shortly set to launch its very first mystery picture. The film – which airs this weekend – is called The Abigail Mysteries.

According to Great American Family, “Abby Broukes is a true-crime podcaster experiencing a crisis of faith. When her neighbour suddenly dies, a real-life investigation lands in her lap and Abby’s the only one who suspects foul play.

“Can a slew of scripture-based clues guide Abby back to her faith and help her solve the mystery?”

The Abigail Mysteries is directed by Brittany Goodwin, working from a script by Ansley Gordon. As well as their director and writer roles, both Goodwin and Gordon also appear in the movie, with Brittany Goodwin playing the role of Cami and Ansley Gordon leading the movie as podcaster-turned-sleuth Abby Broukes.

Joining Goodwin and Gordon are Bret Green, Karen Abercrombie, and Chris Lindsay. Meanwhile, rounding out the cast is Brit Laree, Sean Dillingham, and Suzanne R. Neff.

Should you wish to watch The Abigail Mysteries, the new movie makes its debut in the US on Sunday July 30th via Great American Family. The movie will air at 9/8c.
