In 2006, popular sci-fi fantasy animated series, Ben 10, was transported off television screens and into the world of video games via a game for the HyperScan. The game – simply titled Ben 10 – was published by Semi Logic Entertainments for use on Mattel’s extremely short-lived console.
Although the console itself was universally panned, and died a death the following year, this didn’t stop Ben 10 from returning to the gaming world very quickly. In 2007, Ben 10 appeared in a second game – Ben 10: Protector of Earth – which was widely released across all the major consoles of the time, including the PS2, PSP, Nintendo DS, and the Nintendo Wii.
From here, more Ben 10 games soon followed, many of which were based around the various Ben 10 animated shows. These games popped up on various consoles, giving Ben 10 fans the opportunity to control their hero in new and exciting adventures.
