In 1998, following work on a collection of shorts, director Christopher Nolan helmed his first full-length feature film, Following. The movie was a mystery thriller, about a writer and a thief, and starred Jeremy Theobald and Alex Haw.
Two years later, Nolan followed up Following with the mind-bending thriller, Momento. The movie – starring Guy Pearce and Carrie-Ann Moss – told the story of a man with short term memory loss, and was a hugely inventive picture which caught the attention of audiences.
Up next came the Robin Williams and Al Pacino movie, Insomnia, which was soon accompanied by the big budget comic book movie, Batman Begins. This was a very significant picture for Nolan, as it opened him up to a wider audience who perhaps hadn’t caught his earlier films.
From here on, and as the years rolled by, more pictures followed, with most becoming critical and/or commercial hits. Notable films included The Prestige, The Dark Knight, and Inception, as well as Dunkirk.
But how familiar are you with Christopher Nolan’s collection of feature-length movies? If you were asked to name them all how would you get on?
Well, don’t worry, because this post has all the answers. Below you will find a list of all of Christopher Nolan’s movies, presented in chronological order.
