Since making its debut in 1996, the Scream movie series has become one of the best-loved slasher franchises of all time. The post-modern series – about a masked killer who stalks teens – is filled with great characters, inventive ‘kills’, lashings of gore, and some of the best lines of dialogue in any movie franchise.

The lines in the Scream movies are not only good, many have become iconic. They are also worth revisiting!

In this post I am taking a look at some of the most memorable quotes from the Scream series to serve up the best of the best. This post covers all of the movies to date, including Scream (1996), Scream 2 (1997), Scream 3 (2000), and Scream 4 (2011).
