In 2017, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries aired a new mystery-thriller under the banner heading Emma Fielding Mysteries. The film – Site Unseen – told the story of an archaeologist who got caught up in a murder mystery at an excavation site.

As noted above, the first entry in the Emma Fielding Mysteries series was Site Unseen. The film followed the story of dedicated archaeologist, Emma Fielding (Courtney Thorne-Smith), who uncovers a dead body while she is attempting to unearth evidence of a 17th Century settlement.
Emma Fielding Mysteries: Past Malice (2018)
Picking up after the events of Site Unseen, Emma Fielding returns in the second entry in the series, Past Malice. In this film, Emma is caught up in another perplexing mystery when one of her colleagues is murdered in the crypts of Chandler Castle.
Emma Fielding Mysteries: More Bitter than Death (2019)
Following on from the success of the first two movies, a third Emma Fielding Mysteries movie made its debut in 2019 under the title, More Bitter than Dead. In this movie, Emma finds herself thrust into another murder mystery while she is hosting the annual gathering of the Association for the Study of American Archaeology.
