It’s Saturday, it’s Easter weekend, and in front of your eyes is yet another edition of ‘Something to read when you’re bored’. I don’t want to say that you are currently living the dream, but I think it is very clear that you are.

As you scroll down this particular edition, saver what is on offer, for tomorrow is the final issue. But that’s tomorrow, and this is today – so let’s get started!

If you are looking for something for the whole family to watch today (or you are curled up on the sofa, nursing a hangover), then you might like to know that Netflix has just added Babe (1995) to its streaming service.

And if Babe isn’t your thing, then you may also wish to know that the 2019 remake of Child’s Play is also now available to stream. Both are good, but one isn’t suitable for the kids.

Yesterday on I’ll Get Drive-Thru, I published a post which asked the all-important question: Was Mr. Freeze in Batman Returns? In the post I provide an answer… of sorts.

Want to know more? Yeah you do! Well then, take a bloomin’ look!

Sticking with the Batman theme – have you ever wanted to read some awesome Batman stories? Unsure of where to even begin?

No sweat, I’ve got you covered. In my post: 31 of the best Batman stories, I serve up a guide to… er… 31 of the best Batman stories!

Read and learn some stuff.

What am I listening to?

Today I am living for ‘Try Everything’ by Shakira. I think you should live for this song too.

Have you ever woken up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat, wondering what is the best order to watch the Indiana Jones movies?

You have?

I thought as much. And it is for this reason I have put together a post called: What is the best order to watch the Indiana Jones movies?

If you think there are just four films, then you had best take a look at the post, because there are many, many more.

And finally, before the lockdown, before the dark times, I published a post called: Ten geek things to do in Manchester. The post offered up a fun little run-through of cool, geeky things to do in Manc-Land (my home city).

Whether you are familiar with Manchester or not, now might be a good time to take a look at the post. We won’t be in lockdown forever – you’re going to want cool things to do when you are allowed outside of your house!

And that is Saturday all wrapped up in a neat little bow.

Tomorrow I am delivering the final edition of ‘Something to read when you’re bored’ so make sure you come back – it’s going to be a whopper!
