In less than a year’s time, the hotly anticipated sequel to 2017’s Wonder Woman hits cinema screens. The film – Wonder Woman 84 – will see Gal Gadot reprise the role of Diana Prince, in an adventure set during the ‘80s.

I don’t know about you, but I’m excited. Just look at this glorious wonder – how could you not be excited?

The last time we saw Wondy on screen was in the should-have-been-much-better DC team-up movie, Justice League (2017). That was two years ago!

Wonder Woman 84 makes its debut in June 2020. By the time the movie is released it’ll be around two-and-a-half years since we last saw Wonder Woman.

Is it too out of the question to ask for a trailer for Wonder Woman 84 now? I know it’s a little early, but come on, give us something to tide us over.

San Diego Comic-Con came and went earlier this month with no trailer. I wasn’t surprised, none of the WW84 production team were due to appear at the event, but I was still a little disappointed there was no mention of the film.

Perhaps New York Comic Con will deliver a trailer? Hopefully, but the event doesn’t take place until early October, which is practically an age away, so it’s still a bit of a wait – and certainly not a guarantee.

I guess a Wonder Woman 84 teaser could drop alongside the theatrical release of The Joker – the Todd Phillips directed solo-Joker movie – but once again that won’t be until October. So come on Warner Bros., chuck us a trailer, please.
