It’s November 2nd – the perfect time to talk about Christmas, right?
Well, if you love Crimbo and you’re a fan of RuPaul’s Drag Race then pay attention, for you’re about to have all your Christmases come at once!
Santa-Ru has a festive edition of RuPaul’s Drag Race sitting in her clutch purse and rather appropriately, the show – titled RuPaul’s Drag Race Holi-slay Spectacular – will air in December.
The announcement was made via social media, with the official RuPaul’s Drag Race account posting: “Get into the holiday spirit henny! We’re searching for the first ever #DragRace Xmas Queen!”
Drag queens expected to appear on RuPaul’s Drag Race Holi-slay Spectacular include Eureka O’Hara, Shangela, Trixie Mattel, Latrice Royale, Mayhem Miller, Sonique, Kim Chi and Jasmine Masters.
The episode will air on VH1 in the US. No UK air date/platform has been announced yet, but it’s likely Netflix or Comedy Central will pick up the special.
