I’ve reached Day 30 of 60 Days of Halloween and that means two things:

1.) It’s the 1st of October (the ACTUAL month of Halloween).

2.) I’m now at the midway point of this year’s Halloween-a-thon.

As if I’ve done 30 days already!

Anyway, with 30 days now under my belt I thought it would be a good time to re-watch the original Halloween (1978) – one of my favourite horror movies! Sure, today is my wedding anniversary and my husband and I should probably be out at a fancy restaurant eating a delicious meal, but what screams love more than watching Michael Myers carve up a bunch of teens?

Don’t answer that question.

I won’t waffle on about Halloween, as I’ve discussed the movie before in a previous post, I shall simply say that watching Halloween really gets me into the spooky spirit. Plus, it preps me for Halloween (2018), which hits cinema screens in a couple of weeks.

Incidentally, the original Halloween is returning to select cinemas this year for its 40th Anniversary. If you live in Manchester (in the UK) and you can get to Vue Cinema, then you might like to know that the film will receive a screening on Wednesday 3rd October at Vue Printworks.

60 Days of Halloween continues tomorrow…
