It’s late, it’s been a long day, so let’s round off the evening with some exciting news for all you Funko fans out there – and I know that’s a lot of people.

The Funko documentary that will be on Netflix this week!
On Thursday May 24th, Making Fun: The Story of Funko will make its debut on Netflix. The documentary will offer up an insight into the popular toy & collectables company and will include input from ‘Funko fanatics’ including Kevin Smith, Tony Hawk, Elvira and Robert Englund.
According to a press release, “Eddie Grace Film Crew spent two years travelling to dozens of locations around the world including Vietnam, New York City, the Philippines and Funko headquarters in Everett, Washington, all the while capturing the stories and passion of the individuals who helped shape the Funko story.
“From humble beginnings as founder Mike Becker makes his vision a reality in a garage in Redmond, Washington to the company’s sale to Brian Mariotti and the launch of Funko’s bright and shiny store in Everett, the Funko story spans 30 years.”
Funko is experiencing incredible success right now through the collectables market, specifically with it’s INSANELY popular Funko Pop! vinyl figures, so it’ll be interesting to know a little more about the company.
